The trek departs from Merzouga in the early afternoon, with the schedule adjusted according to the season and weather conditions. After preparing the equipment, luggage and camping tents are loaded onto the camels, and the caravan sets off across the sand dunes for a trek of approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Discover a unique culinary day in Essaouira, an Atlantic city known for its port, peaceful atmosphere, and seafood. This cooking class will teach you how to prepare Moroccan dishes inspired by the ocean and local traditions.
The day begins with a trip to the market or port of Essaouira to select fresh ingredients. Depending on availability, you’ll discover the fish, seafood, vegetables, spices, and herbs used in local cuisine.
Then, you’ll head to the kitchen to prepare your meal with the help of your host. You’ll learn to cook Moroccan fish dishes, such as a fish tagine with vegetables, marinated sardines, grilled fish with spices, or other specialties depending on the season and your preferences. During the workshop, you’ll receive guidance on choosing fish, using spices, Moroccan marinades, sauces, side dishes, and cooking techniques. The experience is simple, interactive, and suitable for all skill levels.
At the end of the class, everyone shares and enjoys the meal they’ve prepared in a relaxed atmosphere inspired by the spirit of Essaouira.
