From Fes to Merzouga: A Journey Through Morocco’s Heart
Leaving Fes, the road winds through the cedar forests of Ifrane and Azrou, where monkeys roam freely. The route continues to Midelt, surrounded by the Middle Atlas mountains, then descends into the breathtaking Ziz Valley, with its palm groves and kasbahs. Passing through Erfoud, known as the gateway to the desert, the journey ends in Merzouga, where the golden dunes of the Sahara stretch endlessly under the starry sky.
